Where is your Medical Center located?

Answer: We are located in Baldwin Hills on La Brea between Jefferson and Rodeo Medical Suite inside Baldwin Hills Shopping Center. There are plenty of parking spaces both in front and back of the building.

Do you offer free employment or school entrance physical?

Answer: Sorry we don’t offer free employment or school entrance physicals. However, we can help you as much as possible without sacrificing arms and legs. Our knowledge base will save you time and money. 323-400-8281

How much is your physical Examination?

Answer: This is probably the most frequently asked question among other questions. The cost of the Physical Examination vary by industry.

The most basic physical for example camp and sports physical for kids is $50. Physical with TB test is $80. Please call us with other types physical examination. We will provide you detailed information pertaining to your needs.

Do I need to schedule an appointment or can I just walk in?

Answer: You don’t need to have an appointment to come to our facility. However, we encourage patients to schedule an appointment at least an hour or two in advance.

What is your business hours?

Answer: Currently we are open from 9AM-6PM Monday-Friday from 9:30AM-5:30PM.

What type of services do you provide?

Answer: We provide Family Medicine, Occupational Medical Service, Work and Personal Injury consultation and treatment of acute and chronic pain. We also offer Men/Women’s service and STD, Birth Control Program as part of our family medicine. Please ask one of our consultants if you are unclear about service we provide.

Do you treat minors?

Answer: Yes we do treat minors aged 9 and older. If your child is sick and is in need of medical attention please take him to a nearby urgent care or call 911.

What type of payment or insurance do you accept?

Answer: We accept most PPO’s, Medi-Cal, Traveler’s Insurance, international student insurance and Medpay Insurance. We also accept major credit cards and cash as form of payment.

If you are having difficulty finding a doctor, you can get the treatment at our clinic, pay the invoice and get the deduction from your insurance carrier after filing the necessary paper work.

Upon request we will furnish you with necessary documents to get your reimbursement through your insurance.

How long is the wait at your facility?

Answer: Typical wait time is less than 15 minutes during early morning time but in the afternoon you’ll be seen as early as you finish filling out the forms.
